The appeal for the JPP planning application for 26 houses on the Andover Road will be heard at the BDBC Development Control Committee on 27th September, 10am.
A copy of the appeal decision will appear on the Planning Portal website (https://www.gov.uk/appeal-planning-inspectorate) or the council's website in due course.
